Battery Draining In Alcatel Idol 4S

I have an Alcatel Idol 4S with windows 10 and when it is not being used the battery drains completely in one day. What is causing this?

    Thanks, Carl. If anyone else is interested, if you will post specifics such as carrier, firmware rev. no., o/s build, etc., I'll see if I can compile it all and then maybe we can compose a tweet that will prompt some action and start tweeting it out there.  We might even get some reinforcement in the Twitter sphere... Might be fun.

    I don't know when I'll be able to get to it... maybe between all these battery 🔋 drain/shutdown episodes 😏 .

    ...and just FYI, while searching for info online about the battery drain issue, from what I saw, it looks like there have been battery drain issues with Win10 on several devices, not just phones. Many were described as o/s issues.

    I stil have have  same phone problems. It will lose power and drop to 6%

    I hit the problem once, but it has not repeated.

    I'm on a 4S ATT

    If I wanted to get MS Attention to this thread and issue, then pick a day and time (Universal) and send the thread as a link in tweets to @Windows.  To get attention to any issue, you need to take IRL tactics and apply to VR.  5 or 10 different people reporting within a few minutes will wake people up.

    now...  Anyone else up to the task?  Sounds like we need to gang up and coordinate this. 

    I'm not a tech person and don't

    know about "IRL tactics" or how to "apply to VR" so need someone to explain.
