Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4041994) — error 0x80070643

After fall creators update I have this update KB4041994 which I cannot install. I always got the same error. I was trying to delete it but it is downloaded again.

My laptop is Lenovo G510.

Any solutions?

As expected. There are no current updates available for your system because 16299.19 is the latest build. I think this is showing due to some glitch in windows update. The best option I would suggest is to hide the update:

Download the troubleshooter package and hide the update.

    Man, when I try typing the commands and says that access is denied. I don't know what to do pls help me. :(

    You need to run the command prompt as administrator, locate the command prompt under the Windows System folder, then right click on the application scroll over to "More" then click on the Run as Administrator. A security window will pop up, click yes. This will give you access to run those commands mentioned by Kapil Arya MVP. Good luck as I just got done with this process and I still get the same error.

    Clea install fro iso, not inplace or save files, but cppy your data; pic's, music, txt and othe important files first, usb thumb drive, externel or online storage first.

    Burn the iso to dvd or usb thumb drive, make sure to use the proper bios format, legecy= mrb, uefi=gpt, otherwise the system will not be bootable; reason is the disk layout does not  get reset from the old  layout unles running diskpart and the clean command.

    If 1709 is not updating, the issue could be factory restore images or even backup images.

    If you have a spare drive, good option to clone the system drive incase of issues.

    Before doing a clean install, remove-shut down any other drives before doing so, as win10 may try to use other drives to install part or all

    of the new install to them.
