Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4041994) — error 0x80070643

After fall creators update I have this update KB4041994 which I cannot install. I always got the same error. I was trying to delete it but it is downloaded again.

My laptop is Lenovo G510.

Any solutions?

As expected. There are no current updates available for your system because 16299.19 is the latest build. I think this is showing due to some glitch in windows update. The best option I would suggest is to hide the update:

Download the troubleshooter package and hide the update.

    Hello,

    Open administrative Command Prompt and type following commands one-by-one followed by Enter key.

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    Close Command Prompt and see if you can download the update then.

    My laptop struggled installing this update, as could not restart properly, during instalation. now it will not shut down properly, it goes to a black screen but does not power off since this update, cant find a way to uninstall this update

    After KB4041994 devices may experience erratic behavior.

    Turn off public network file and print sharing, in power settings; pcie moderate 

    power settings, usb selective turn off  disable, wifi power settings; if using wifi, max performance, if not 

    using wifi max power savings,wake timers set to off, device manager; networking adapters, if using wifi under power management  tab uncheck wake and sleep option, if using lan  tab uncheck wake and sleep option ( so the device in use 

    no pm and the one not being used pm).

    Reinstall drivers for gpu, sound, or other devices if not working correctly; software not working or missing components, turn off fast boot

    Under advanced system settings; computer name, network id, select this is a home computer.

    I'm confuse here, if there is no such update, than, why is that update "Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4041994)" was successfully installed on my system?
