Windows 10 100 Percent Disk Usage Problem

Hi ..

Disk showing 100% and slowing down my system everytime . I have tried some of the fixes posted in google but nothing worked so far. 

tried almost everything suggested in - https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/100-disk-usage-windows-10-fixed/

Task manager indicate some times single windows update , some times single system windows process takes almost 98% of disk . 

I killed all background processes once and it seems resolved for a while but its resurfacing. 

Please help me to resolve this .

    if you disable bits, then you can't able to windows update

    I had the same update around the same time with the same result. I would not EXPECT this after an update! Few hours???? That is insane! They should not need to take control of your computer and interrupt customer processing like that. It is inexcusable and just not good business.... just like allowing this to go on without addressing it is!

    I was able to get this under control (at least to be able to actually use my PC) by disabling the following in services (in actual services, not via command line):

    superfetch

    windowsupdate

    windowssearch

    Microsoftoffice click to run service

    Not sure if there are more, or even if these are correct, but the moment I did this my disk usage went down to 30-50%...not the best but better than the 100% I have had for weeks.

    Glad to see I have thousands of users having the same issue.  I exercised all the suggested solutions with no fix.  PC is useless about 50% of the time.  EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! Microsoft better figure this out and fast!  I'm done with them and their OS.  Like many others who were happy with the stability of Windows 7, I can't figure out why MS would update to a new OS that is horrible.  Makes no sense.

    Hello Apple!  Goodbye MS!!
