Trying to buy a game off Microsoft Store but it keeps giving me that message.

    Thanks for replying, but it is usually the same thing. They say that i have put to many phone numbers on my account and taken them off. They say i have the maximum amount of purchase instruments. I explain that me and my friends share the account so we have multiple numbers we purchase from. They then say that there is nothing they can do to let my number buy anything. My friends buy a lot but when it comes my turn to pay for something, i cant and the people at the link say that i have to use a credit card or gift card. There has to be SOME WAY to reset the payment options or something so that i can use my phone number and my friends new ones. Please respond with something useful, thanks
