Trying to buy a game off Microsoft Store but it keeps giving me that message.

    Let's get this sorted out, Michael. Are you getting the same error message when you try to purchase V-Bucks? Were you able to purchase other apps in the Microsoft Store aside from V-bucks? Also, what happened when you tried contacting Microsoft support at this link? They'll be the ones to check your account to see why you're unable to purchase V-Bucks.

    Same thing here, it wint let me purchase vbucks and microsoft is being very annoying about it too. I contact them like it says and they just avoid the question and dont let me purchase the vbucks.

    Or that they're not American.  I'm in Canada, and have never been able to purchase anything through the MS Game store (such as removing the annoying ads that appear after two or three levels.) which is absurd.

    My guess is if you have a non US address you're S.O.O.L.

    It's the 21st bloody century, why are Canadians not allowed to make purchases?  Get up to speed Microsoft!!
