Guys just buy an xbox gift card and add it to your account. really simple work around. Then use those funds in your wallet to buy whatever you want. REALLY SIMPLE. Stop blowing up this thread. MS clearly doesn't give a ****.
nope, everytime i call up at xbox support they say the same thing, its the mobile billing account. It is not the mobile billing account because I know that I have enough to purchase it. last time i called them, they told me to wait 72 hours. I waited a whole 2 weeks before i tried again, then it gave me the same error message " Please contact us at microsoft support we are having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out." This stuff is stupid please fix this.
i have the same problem when i'm trying to subscribe to game pass 14day trial. and it's free... however same thing happens when i try to purchase other games. in fact i've changed my location to US even though i live in Georgia, because in Georgia game pass, sea of thieves and other stuff is not available at all. so i write my credit card info and in the 'postal code' line i just write a random American postal code. i've seen people doing this in case something is not available in their country but they havent faced this issue. first of all why shouldnt gamepass be available in every country?...
