I was coding quite a bit the other day, and go loads done. I ended up copying it, and planned on pasting it, but completely forgot. Now I've got other things copied. I'd like to know if there's a way to view my old clipboard history? Are there any apps that can see everything I've already copied BEFORE downloading it? Or is there a way to do it with Windows? Please help!

As Allan Mej mentioned Clipboard content is overwritten.
However, last year I think, MS released a new feature in Win 10 where multiple items can be saved in Clipboard history but one needs to turn it on first.
Go to Settings -> System -> (Scroll down to) Clipboard -> then turn "Clipboard history" on.
To view "Clipboard history" contents, press the Windows key + V.

Upon copying something, the previous clipboard content is always overwritten. This means that there is always no history saved on the clipboard. You can use third-party applications which record your clipboard history, but you cannot recover your clipboard history prior to the installation of that app.

There are aftermarket products sold, which store clipboard history. But it should be part of Windows OS for free. I don't want to buy & install something that Microsoft should have included for free starting 15 years ago.
You're not giving a direct link, to Feedback on this topic ("Provide Clipboard History in Windows 10"). Feedback is statistical, how many people are being impacted by this problem? The feedback should go into 'buckets'. It should all go into one big bucket, not 50 little ones. So what's the specific link to feedback on this issue? Why should I write down sweet nothings that will never be seen by anybody? We have wanted clipboard history for15 years! Surely somebody could code this, before everybody is old and retired?

I assume this is not helpful for your specific question, but should it help you in the future, Microsoft has now implemented a clipboard history in one of the Inisder updates. Check this out: https://www.howtogeek.com/351978/using-windows-10s-new-clipboard-history-and-cloud-sync/
However, you may have to enable 'Sync' in the clipboard settings for it to persist after restart/shut down, though I'm not sure.
