I was coding quite a bit the other day, and go loads done. I ended up copying it, and planned on pasting it, but completely forgot. Now I've got other things copied. I'd like to know if there's a way to view my old clipboard history? Are there any apps that can see everything I've already copied BEFORE downloading it? Or is there a way to do it with Windows? Please help!

As Allan Mej mentioned Clipboard content is overwritten.
However, last year I think, MS released a new feature in Win 10 where multiple items can be saved in Clipboard history but one needs to turn it on first.
Go to Settings -> System -> (Scroll down to) Clipboard -> then turn "Clipboard history" on.
To view "Clipboard history" contents, press the Windows key + V.

Upon copying something, the previous clipboard content is always overwritten. This means that there is always no history saved on the clipboard. You can use third-party applications which record your clipboard history, but you cannot recover your clipboard history prior to the installation of that app.

I have Windows 7 and I don't think this applies because I cannot find Settings in the Start menu to start with.
The Snipping Tool has been included with Windows since their Vista OS, including Windows 7. You can find it clicking on Start, then All Programs, then Accessories, then go down the list. See link below:

Aside from the above, while checking on my Windows 7 PC the keyboard combination (Windows, Shift, s) also seems to work by pasting the snip to One Note, which loads a good few seconds after your keystrokes, just wait a bit. In the box that appears there are options to put your snip in whatever folder you desire or, to copy it to your clipboard.
No option for storing more than on one clipboard entry, although I think you may find third-party (potentially risky) programs/apps to work just like the built-in Windows 10 feature.
