Is it possible to uninstall the Windows 10 update assistant? When i delete it it just automaticly reinstalls itself when i start the pc again

Its soo **** annoying and i just want the <removed> poppup  to disapear. when i try update it just get the wrong code but i cant fix it so i just want to delete the **** assistant permanently.

The Update Assistant in Windows 10 cannot be uninstalled, but you can get rid of it

Click your Start Button, type Task Scheduler and hit enter

In the left Pane, navigate to: Windows - Update Orchestrater

Right Pane double click 'Update Assistant'

Click on Triggers Tab

On each of the triggers ( At login . . . etc.) double click and uncheck 'Enabled'

Under 'Update Assistant, there is another event 'Update Assistant CalendarRun'

Do the same for all triggers on that event

Restart your system, that's It!

    I followed these steps and it worked for almost 2 weeks. Then it came back and I followed them again. This time it only worked for 5 days. Since my laptop can not have the Windows 10 update and will soon be useless to me, I decided to live dangerously.  I went in and deleted all of the triggers. I'll let you know how that turns out.

    When it comes to future purchases, Microsoft is dead to me. I'll buy a Macbook.

    It seems to have helped me to get rid of annoying pop-ups of Windows Update Assistant. 

    But, the solution missed to mention one step before you could disable the trigger. 

    You need to go through >properties on the right panel, somewhere at the bottom of it. Its there you have an option to uncheck >enable.

    As so many users have said:

    "Why can't the program be written to terminate all future attempts once it learns that a computer is not compatible? "

    More important, why can't Microsoft give us an answser to the persistent question oh how to delete the so-called 'assistant'?

    I effing hate that this sh*tty program.

    How I effing hate MICROSOFT.

    This piece of garbage runs forcibly on us with NO option whatsoever for us to stop.
