Windows 10 update sucks.

I'm running windows 10 since the very beginning and it is ok. Better saying, it was ok until 2 days ago when my computer was updated to the biggest update ever done. It happens that now it takes years to boot and a few minutes ago (that's when I turned it on) my fingerprint reader does not work anymore and during boot the monitor goes off just after windows starts. I wonder if Microsoft is paying the salaries of those programmers responsible for this update. Perhaps they have done something wrong to upset Microsoft, or is it just stupidity?

Now, I WANT my computer to work the way it did before this stupid update. I don´t won't to remember dozens of usernames and passwords (that's why I spent a lot of money buying a fingerprint reader, which now is useless due to the unprofessional update made by Microsoft). My Microsoft trackball runs or not runs after boot. Is this normal? Don't you test your programs before releasing them to the public?

Do you know what? You suck, just because you wanted to do this major update before Christmas. Well... you've ruined my Christmas with it. SHAME ON YOU!

Hello,

It is possible that system files might have been damaged or corrupted after installing an update, or that the update installed has known issues.

For resolving corrupted system files, you may run the System File Checker tool to scan and repair the system for corrupted system files. For information about running the tool, kindly see this article.

However, some issues occur only after installing a certain update. An example of a known issue in an update is after installing KB4074588 (latest update), USB devices, such as keyboard or mouse, stop working. Microsoft is already aware of this issue and will provide a resolution through an update. To see the list of known issues for each update, kindly see Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 update history.

If the System File Checker tool does not help, you can restore your PC from a system restore point. This would take your PC back to a point in time before an update is installed. For information on how to restore your PC from a system restore point, kindly see Recovery options in Windows 10.

After restoring, you may prevent the update from reinstalling by downloading and running the Show and hide updates troubleshooter. To read more about the troubleshooter, kindly read through this article.

    Microsoft, You have the best operating systems but all of these windows updates are just minor. You should release an update every time it's going to be a major patch. These minor patches just wastes all of our time.

    i have to run windows 2016 in the cloud and it very unreliable with updates. ive had to use recovery consoles just to confirm that windows is stuck, while pingable, at the windows is preparing updates screen (cant rdp in while its doing this). ive seen it a couple of hours to become reachable again. 

    recommend service packs 3-4 times a year over these layered updates. these service packs should be able to install cleanly over any previous fcs versions and reset the update chain from there (like windows update cleanup on disk clean utility does). 

    i got a cloud-based image made gold in january 2019 and this new servicing stack update and the cumulative update after that are taking hours.

    No shIII these updates just slow down my performance on gpu 30 to 40 percent . I know cause in windows and 10 before any updates I have 30 to 40 percent jump after the update I do benchmarks I loose 15 percent I hate updates . Also it updates shi** I dont use or give f about . I got win 7 for 5 yrs installed never updated Shi** and I have fast pc the mouse scrolls faster the webpage load better . update running in background piss m e . I know I dont need this stuff cause I dont need redistributables and net frameworks . I only install the ones I need when I need s certain file but if I choose its better for me cause I been running windows 7 without updates all my games work and i only used microsoft virus scanners . P c runs without any problems .
