My USB Dongle is broken. Where can I get new USB Dongle for Microsoft Sculpt Wireless Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard?

Hi Vetrig,

The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

    ridiculous.  That you pay all this money for a keyboard and mouse and if the usb dongle fails you can not replace it.  rip off.  Can anyone help you.

    My dongle stop working or works sporadically. How can I replace it? it doesn't make sense that I would need to buy a new combo

    We are a reseller of Microsoft products here in Norway. Not even as a reseller we have access to a good supportline.

    I find it totally unacceptable that Microsoft should be able to sell keyboards they can not support with spare parts. Microsoft, get your sh*t together.  Support line was of no help! Incompetent and no service!

    Buy Logitech products from now on. Easy to get a spare USB unifed receiver.

    I agree, I love logitech´s quality, the only problem is, that Logitech does not make a truly ergonomic comfortable keyboard.
