My USB Dongle is broken. Where can I get new USB Dongle for Microsoft Sculpt Wireless Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard?

Hi Vetrig,

The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

    Hey we have a Sculpt ergonomic desktop ensemble and we have lost the USB plug.  My daughter has the same system in logitec and when we lost the USB there was an app we could download and then we were able usr the products.  This was possible due to bluetooth technology.

    Does Microsoft have the same sort of back up to assist end-users.

    Nope..microsoft is not able to solve this by just selling a compatible dongle. 

    Oh my WTAF, I had the keyboard for only a week and I lost the dongle in transit ... So now I have a worthless keyboard and mouse!  

    I hadn't bought a Micro$oft product for 5+ years, and I guess it will be a long time before I buy another one :-(

    It's a shame since I did a lot of research and I'm so happy with this product.
