Hi,

My USB Dongle is broken. Where can I get new USB Dongle for Microsoft Sculpt Wireless Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard?

Hi Vetrig,

The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

    I am so disappointed with the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse Surface addition customer service.  The dongle they provide with this product is oblong and is not one that travels in the computer without difficulty as it sticks out and gets caught on the computer bag, or even on your clothing, etc. when you are reaching over the side of your computer.  They design sets it up to break so that you get minimal use of your expensive keyboard/mouse.  I placed my laptop in my computer bag and forgot to remove it (and frankly should not have to) and it broke.  They will not replace it.  It is almost criminal that they can leave me with a highly functional keyboard and mouse that I have no choice but to throw away, as it can no longer be used due to the broken dongle.  DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

    Hi, i'm from germany and i have exactly the same problem. both of my sculpt keyboards have the same problem now. irst they started to repeat the same key hundreds of times, then it quit working. Microsoft what's wrong with the product quality?

    How can i get a replacement dongle. I do not want to throw the keyboards in the trash, i like them!!

    We are a reseller of Microsoft products here in Norway. Not even as a reseller we have access to a good supportline.

    I find it totally unacceptable that Microsoft should be able to sell keyboards they can not support with spare parts. Microsoft, get your sh*t together.  Support line was of no help! Incompetent and no service!

    Buy Logitech products from now on. Easy to get a spare USB unifed receiver.

    I agree, I love logitech´s quality, the only problem is, that Logitech does not make a truly ergonomic comfortable keyboard.
