My USB Dongle is broken. Where can I get new USB Dongle for Microsoft Sculpt Wireless Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard?

Hi Vetrig,

The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

    My dongle broke and I took it to and electronic repair shop to get it fixed and it only was $15. Depending on the damage of your dongle you might be able to do the same. The place I took it to in Montreal is Yani's Electronic Repair. I'm sure there are other places in your respective town.

    I agree, As a Microsoft Partner for over 25 years, the company has drastic turn towards no support on hardware an little or expensive support for their software. There are a vast number of companies that recognize the gaps and poor quality Microsoft has been delivering and are building quality products for consumers. I will be one of them.
