Recently I have built a 3D rendering station for a client of mine. The machine runs, but crashes about once or twice a day with a BSOD (watchdog violation 1x133. Blue Screen View mentions either nvlddmkm.sys or ntoskrnl.exe as culprit. Hi maxime, Can you give me more info about your set up? If you can : let me know or screenshot/photos of your bios pages info on your cables/connection to monitor, or monitors, to which card (top to bottom)? Ram info (generation/speed/setup) Processor (or speccy result even better!) I'm currently with 1709, and my attempt to be with the driver 382.53 failed. So I'm trying to pin-point the differences, despite the cards itself. That would be greatly appreciated!

I too am experiencing the watchdog violation crashes. My setup is an ASUS x299 WS Sage motherboard with 2 x 1080ti and an intel 10gb card. The crash happens with 2 gpus installed only when the intel 10g card is installed. When I remove the 10gb card it stops crashing.

So, it looks like I finally solved the bosd with the x99 ws-e with my 4 x GTX780 on my end. I was originally using 1 display port cable for each monitor, displaying @4K 60Hz, each cable connected to 1 different card. I've now connected both monitors through HDMI + DP to HDMI, on one card only, displaying @2K 60 hz, and everything is running smooth with the latest NVIDIA driver. Curious to see if this would solve the issue for other people, let me know.

As i'm on hold with NVIDIA right now i came across your post, i've been trying to fix this with different versions of display drivers and will try this when i get home tonight. By the way what display driver are you currently using and which OS and version are you currently on? I wonder why it would crash when connected to each individual card though, that's super weird.(Currently running MSI x299 XPower and 2x 1080Tis).

If you can :
