I want to download Windows 10 1703 iso file. In Microsoft download site there is only 1709 iso file is available.Is there anyone have and cloud link please reply me.Because 1709 have plenty of error.

2018-12-18T17:52:23+00:00 If you want to use an older version of Windows you can do that by downloading an iso from non-Microsoft websites.
The iso may be useful when troubleshooting.
See the October 20, 2018 post for the links for the iso.
Unless you are aware of methods to block upgrades there may be attempts by Windows to automatically upgrade.
It is typically best to open up a thread to troubleshoot the underlying problem.
Another operating system such as Ubuntu/Linux can also be used for troubleshooting.
