Screen and Internet is Enlarged and Stretched Using Windows 10

Just wanted to let everyone know, option 1 worked on my computer, rolled back to ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics, and restarted. I hope it stays that way. I don't want anything to update on that graphic, anyway to stop that?

Microsoft will surely deliver a fix for this problem soon...the question is when.  I suspect sooner than later because of the pervasive nature of the problem.  It's affecting a lot of people. 

Can you live with the distorted screen problem until then? 

When I experienced this problem myself, it was still possible to function with it.  The screen was simply changed from 1920/1080 to a distorted 1024/768...but I could still function even though I hated the looks of it.

But by all means, don't purchase another computer over this transient inconvenience.  It may be corrected soon after everyone returns from the Thanksgiving holiday at Redmond, Washington.

Some people have found this uninstaller to work to completely uninstall a driver.

 Make a restore point then turn off system protection. Turn off UAC

Check in settings apps and features>installing apps that it doesn't say only from store. I might be reaching here but change the setting in drop down box to install apps from anywhere. Change it back after to whatever setting you want.

Also if you have a laptop or desktop turn off tablet mode under settings> display. Make sure all antivirus or malware programs are off.

Have you tried safe mode?

SFC and DISM from an administrator command prompt?

sfc /scannow

Hopeful that this will help. Sorry if this is going over everything you have tried.

Please reenable everything you disabled except controlled folder access. It is buggy.

Some are also suggesting to uninstall your current display adapter FIRST as follows.  Right click Start Menu>right click Device Manager>Expand Display Adapter>right click YOUR display adapter>left click Uninstall Device.    

Then reboot and repeat the instructions below.

1. Right click Start Menu
2. Right click Device Manager
3. Left click and Expand Display adapter

3A. Right click on YOUR listed driver.

4. Right Click  Update your Driver
5. Left Click on Browse my computer for driver software
6. Left Click on Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Brings up a list with the driver I was looking for clicked on that and it installed the driver and all is working fine now.

Well, I guess that won't work either because I've had it turned off due to issues like you mentioned. Ugh!  This is so annoying!  I really do not want to purchase a new computer over this.  Something has to work.
