Screen and Internet is Enlarged and Stretched Using Windows 10

I have not used my computer in two days, and when I went to turn it on everything it's HUGE now!  Prior to today it has worked perfectly fine. I have checked all settings and resolution and nothing has been changed, it's all the way it should be.  I've even tried doing a system restore nothing is working!  HELP!!! PLEASE!!  I'm using Windows 10.

    I have been losing my mind all day trying to figure this out, find the right forum, etc.  You nailed it LJames, so thank you.  I just arrived at that same conclusion.  This sucks.  Whats even worse is that I cannot choose a restore point to roll back and then prevent the Windows Update from installing.  

    This seals it for me.  I am going to have to move to a new OS and no longer use Microsoft.  This is absolute BS.

    Hi wtfury,

    Well, I've been digging all day on this matter and getting more and more frustrated!  Apparently, from what I found is that my graphics driver, ATI Radeon HD 4200, does not and is not putting out any driver updates.  It apparently is not compatible with Windows 10.  I upgraded to Windows 10 at the beginning of the year or end of last year and eventually the driver will no longer work since the company last updated it for Windows 8.  This is awful because my computer is perfectly fine otherwise.  But to now have to spend a few hundred $$ to get a new graphics card and have to make sure the motherboard, etc is compatible with it is ridiculous.  At that point you've soaked in enough money to just purchase a new half-way decent computer.  Ugh!  Odd that it has happened to so many people right before "black Friday" hmmm....

    Hey guys,

    I am having the same issue as LJames and it started yesterday 11/23 after we came back from Thanksgiving with family. The display was working great in the morning, but when I came back home it was stretched out with large icons. No one was home while we were gone.

    I have also checked for updates and updated drivers with no luck. I finally searched for help on this issue and found other people are having the same problem.

    Another thing is when my wife tried to play her Candy Crush game  it ran in slow motion.

    I have not had any error messages.

    My highest screen resolution now is 1020 x 1024. It used to be higher

    Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    This should not have happened to begin with. It is sad buy something and have to work the bugs out ourselves. They should have someone to come and do it, as some of us are not computer savvy, and not able to do it.

    Oh no!  I know and I have tried so many different things. I’m afraid to use it.  I desparately need my PC for work and I cannot find a fix 😠😩
