Forza Horizon 3 crash on launch

I have an issue with Forza Horizon 3 where if I try to launch the game, it instantly crashes. There is no popup for failure of any sort and it just looks as if nothing happened, just as if I closed the game right away. My computer is faster than needed to run the game and is updated to the newest version of Windows 10. I have seen many ways to fix the issue but none work. If anyone knows how to fix this, that could help not just me but allot of other people.

    Unbelievable !!! It works. 

    Yes it works, but does not solve random crashes and i have to download something each time I play. I usually download something small like Photoshop free but I need to delete and re download it every time no mater what.

    A quick fix for FH3's failure to launch is to go to the Microsoft Store and download/install any app from the store and then launch FH3 and is should now work.  Only thing about this is that the problem can happen again for what ever apparent reason and I would have to go back to the store and download an app again just to get FH3 to work again.  It's been over a year and they can't fix this game???  SMH.

    As i had stated before i've tried troubleshooting only to have it tell me whatever issue was there is fixed. im not sure what other troubleshooting steps you're referring to so if you can provide that it might be of use. I tried using an unregistered version of reimage to scan it, which of course means i cant use it to clean it. It did report potential malware but im not sure how accurate this is because no other system care i use has reported any malware issues. does lacking direct x12 have this kind of impact? 

    One thing i might try when i have time if i dont get any other possible solutions first is uninstalling, downloading a random app FIRST.   THEN reinstalling the game to see if that somehow makes a difference. some people have had to reinstall many times, i've done this about 5 times now.
