Black screen with cursor after Windows 10 update

How to fix windows 10 after update the screen after login is complete black with cursor, but nothing works, task manager wont start. I've tried to go on safe mode but all most the same thing happens, the it starts as safe mode, but I cant use anything, task manager don't work in safe mode, no CTRL +x.

I don't know what to do.

    Disableing app rediness seemed to have fixed my problem

    SIMPLE FIX:  Start Services (services.msc) and scroll down to 'App Readiness'.  You'll see that this service is running.  Double click on 'App Readiness' and set it to Disabled.  Your Desktop will now open normally.

    I am currently having the same issue. However stopping AppReadiness and disabling it doesn't fix it. A hard reset doesn't help either. Running in safe mode has the same symptoms. The task manager freezes after a couple of clicks through the tabs as well. My CPU also runs anywhere from 35-75% when i log in. Its a i7-8700 with 12 threads running at 4.1ghz so whatever is happening is eating my cpu up. I can get as far as opening containing folders from the task manager but hitting "This PC" on the left makes the window unresponsive. This happened right after an update. I also rolled back the system to before the update and that didn't work either. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it. I can't get to anything on this computer.
