The pc does not boot up at all.It sits at the blank screen with curser until you do a hard reset with the reset buton on box,it then boots up normally.It may work ok for a day or two.I have disabled the appread in the services section.

How to fix windows 10 after update the screen after login is complete black with cursor, but nothing works, task manager wont start. I've tried to go on safe mode but all most the same thing happens, the it starts as safe mode, but I cant use anything, task manager don't work in safe mode, no CTRL +x.
I don't know what to do.

Let's replicate the issue.
You power on the PC >> Get the login screen >> You sign-in with password or PIN >> You then get the black screen with white cursor.
This has nothing to do with display drivers or issue with graphics itself. The Microsoft App service is causing this issue.
While we are at the black screen with white cursor, go ahead and press the keys - Ctrl+Alt+Del
>You will get a menu on screen where you have to select - Task Manager.
>Go to 'Services' tab on the Task Manager.
>Look for 'AppReadiness' service.
>Right click and stop it.
Performing above steps will remove the black screen and show your desktop. This means, the desktop was ready at the back-end. It was Microsoft service that was causing the black screen in the front.
Once you get your desktop back, follow the below steps to stop the 'AppReadiness' completely.
>Click on Start and type 'Services'
>Look for 'AppReadiness' under the list.
>Right click and select 'Properties'
>Startup type should be set to 'Disabled'
>Set the 'Service Status' to Stopped.
Stopping this service will not affect your data.
try oledi, no luck....the "AppReadiness" status is oledi "STOP".....

It was probably an update pushed out by Microsoft to fix this issue. It is widespread enough to have a hotfix.

2018-03-07T17:47:29+00:00 This is an intermittent fault.When the machine is restarted it boots normally and may not reoccur for a few days.
