Emoji panel doesn't open in Fall Creators Update

Hi all,

When I try to press Win+. or Win+; to open the emoji panel after I've installed the Fall Creators Update, it doesn't seem to work. This is using a Dell Precision 5520.

NB: Forum is open in IE (never mind why LOL)(certainly, could be Edge), running on Windows Insider 1803 Build 17127.1, everything set to Canada.

Ah, well. Windows Insider Build is different from Version 1709 as used by most users.

Few are intrepid enough to risk all the beta programs that come with being an Insider.

It does not work in Internet Explorer in

Perhaps it will after the Redstone 4 Update comes to us next month.

FYI The April release Spring Update/Upgrade will be called Windows 10 Version 1803 when WE finally see it, gang, Drew of the Mounties has it as an Insider (whether on the Fast Track or Slow Track--they ALL have it now) but WE will be getting it in April.

Fasten your seatbelts kids and think of the fun we had with the Fall Creators Update/Upgrade

There is some very cool, helpful, useable/serviceable, worthwhile, handy stuff coming w/ 1803. Some Folks, maybe, even many Folks (& companies) will find exciting changes & additions. There is, indeed, heaps of good stuff coming soon to a computer near you 💻. 😀
