Emoji panel doesn't open in Fall Creators Update

Hi all,

When I try to press Win+. or Win+; to open the emoji panel after I've installed the Fall Creators Update, it doesn't seem to work. This is using a Dell Precision 5520.

    And, btw, this will change w/ the Spring Update (1803)... for quite a while this is not the case w/ Insider Builds; example, I am in Canada.  Regular installation, have to have K/B set to US, but, my Insider Build is all Canada & emoji panel is just fine.

    I was going to say the exact same thing :) The update coming in a few weeks will solve this "problem (?)" one and for all :)

    I'm in USA, Denver and is still doesn't work for me either.

    So just you know, I'm still searching too what the problem can be.

    Yeah. It wouldn't. You need to press Win+ .  (period) to open it).

    It also helps to be in a program like this text window, a chat room, etc that can use it.

    Honestly, it works most everywhere or in most everything... I've not tried anywhere yet that it did not work.  Although, allegedly, it does not work everywhere lol.

    And not just web-based... Notepad, even, 👌

    Almost anywhere you can add text. Wordpad, even.

    But not in Explorer, for example.
