Emoji panel doesn't open in Fall Creators Update

Hi all,

When I try to press Win+. or Win+; to open the emoji panel after I've installed the Fall Creators Update, it doesn't seem to work. This is using a Dell Precision 5520.

Yes, I got it working. The problem was that I had no idea to what they were referring. If they had said the "Keyboard language" must be set to US, I would have known what that meant. They did not. lol

They said "Available only in US English" or something like that.

Since you are in the USA...

Please, don't take offense to any of my questions:
1. Check that Region is set to United States
2. Check that the (first listed) Language is English (US)
3. What is your Version #? Must be 1709
4. What is your OS Build #? Must be 16299.125
Certainly, should be working for you using Win+. or Win+;

It has nothing to do w/ geographical location or proximity to the USA.

Oh, also, it does not say "In the US ONLY" I will copy and paste.

This feature is available in US English only.

This is a reference to the language availability, either way it is unclear. What does language have to do with an emoji ? lol
