Honestly, it works most everywhere or in most everything... I've not tried anywhere yet that it did not work. Although, allegedly, it does not work everywhere lol.
And not just web-based... Notepad, even, 👌

Emoji panel doesn't open in Fall Creators Update

Hi all,
When I try to press Win+. or Win+; to open the emoji panel after I've installed the Fall Creators Update, it doesn't seem to work. This is using a Dell Precision 5520.

It also helps to be in a program like this text window, a chat room, etc that can use it.

I was going to say the exact same thing :) The update coming in a few weeks will solve this "problem (?)" one and for all :)

Earlier in this thread, maybe more than once, it has been clearly stated, the geographical location IS NOT IMPORTANT! The only thing that is or that is required is that the Keyboard be set to English (United States) US Keyboard.
Understand, I am in Canada, everything is set to Canada except, the keyboard! And the emoji panel WORKS!

It will no longer be restricted to US Keyboard only when we move to Win10 Version 1803 in April.
