How about a level 2 tech erasing the complete history from not just you but your entire family including your 30yr Marriage and 2 grown young men with a grandaughter from each and they are now II and 5 and I have o to show. Not to mention the 30 yr legacy complete Home Movie & M.Maker VHS-DVD original burners with man Im still smh in disbelief and emailing and still not sleeping Im as good as dead and no one has help unles you call ms putting nothing but a empty hard drive after 4 mo me calling, emailing, text anything that l could or that would keep me breathing. Automated Windows 10 updates deleted all my documents and files
I am in a state of shock. I was already using windows 10 and last night automated updates started without allowing me to stop them. This morning my computer is cleaned out with all thosevery important document deleted!!! Microsoft can do that??? How can I recover them ALL?????

I have already put a link and explanation as how to BLOCK the automated update. First you have to have a professional edition of Windows. 2019-10-02T20:49:58+00:00 Same problem here. Fortunately I know someone who knows how to fix this. The files, pics, etc were all there in temp files and could be retrieved. There is no excuse for what happened with the update. Microsoft needs to step up and help everyone who is not so lucky as I.
