Automated Windows 10 updates deleted all my documents and files

I am in a state of shock. I was already using windows 10 and last night automated updates started without allowing me to stop them. This morning my computer is cleaned out with all thosevery important document deleted!!! Microsoft can do that??? How can I recover them ALL?????

    None of these methods worked.  This is the 4th time this has happened and it's extremely aggravating.

    19 april 2021. thanks windows for turning a night pos-meeting a nightmare and losing everything.

    you cant force people to update machines. if you do, make sure everything is recovered. even unsaved documents. idk. freeze threads and recreate them

    All my program, work and business files are gone after a forced upgrade with no warning or ****. Im tired of it and going to seek legal charges on these communist.
