Here is the fix for "Windows could not complete the installation:

So I managed to get it started up. I turned the computer off and on 3 times to start advanced recovery. Choose advance options.  I was about to restore windows (reinstall windows and removing all apps and programs by keep personal files). Select reinstall and keep personal files. And then on the next screeen hit cancel.  So I hit cancel at the next prompt. I then selected start windows and it continued installation as normal without the error.

I don't know how you came up with this weird combo but thank you, thank you, thank you.

Bless your soul. It's weird but worked for me too..

Microsoft screwed us all. After 2 weeks, the only solution was to pay for a new Windows 10. I was not even sure it would work....but Micro$oft could give 0 about our problem with their product.

I tried everything, every step. I have an updated windows 7 to 10 which was done for free during Microsoft's free update. What I think, Microsoft may have intentionally/unknowingly damaged all our computers and the only solution, is to pay them. The only way it can be fixed, is BUY the Microsoft 10 and start from scratch, at least in my case.

Nothing worked, but never got past that installation screen. You must simply buy a license for 120 dollars US before tax and but it to a USB drive and make it bootable for a new install and use the F2 button to start a new Windows 10 install.

I have found no other method other than being shaken down by Microsoft and buying the Windows 10 install and starting my computer from scratch.
