What is the solution to getting rid of the read aloud feature? It is creepy, distracting and unwanted. has anyone found solution? I would sure appreciate it.

2019-02-14T02:45:41+00:00 Has Microsoft even acknowledged how annoying this feature is? I typical use Apple products and against my better judgement purchased an HP. I will NEVER again purchase an HP product. If I hover for a microsecond it begins reading aloud and doing other things I don't want it to do. Both HP and Microsoft are horrible.
