How to disable the Read Aloud feature?

what a rubbish answer from a company the size of Microsoft.

I have found a way, I just wont use Edge

MS created this mess, MS needs to fix it now!!!!!

And they pay MS software designers the big bucks to drive us crazy.

This is ridiculous! It should not be on the pulldown for Cut, Copy, Paste. Make it a setting change. I just hit it accidently and now IT WON'T STOP. IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE.

FIX IT OR OFFER A WORKAROUND NOW!

So I am running W10, version 1803 on an HP Pavilion.  This read aloud occurs mostly in email - AOL.  In fact, I would say it is 100% email.  I could be wrong and will pay more attention, but it has not occurred while typing this message.  It is a nightmare.  I have gone to ease of use and it is shut off.  I also unchecked the block about letting a short cut turn it on.  Obviously some glitch.  I do not know what triggers it, but I do type pretty quickly and either this device or this software is permitting some keystroke to trigger the read aloud function.  

Sometimes I am not able to shut it off.  This can't be true that I have to live with this.  Sometimes, it seems that using the windows key with enter stops it but more often than not, nothing stops it.  I do not believe this was occurring when I bought this machine in May, so it must have been after some update.
