2018-07-17T10:19:44+00:00 MS - Start doing what your customer wants and get this problem sorted and stop pissing people off!
This shouldn't even be on a computer as a default , it should have been an option on set up. Do you not realise 99.9999 % of people who use a computer are not blind and do not need a read aloud feature. Whoever thought it was a good idea should be sacked.
For god sake how many emails do you need to come up with a solution to get rid of it. It must be a 10 minute fix, but your bloody arrogance and dictatorial culture prevents you from offering a basic customer service.
I hope someone torches your Head Office.

2018-07-17T13:20:54+00:00 Agree. Absolutely detest Windows 10. So many radical changes just to be diffetent. Woukd give anything for upgraded Windows 7 or 8 but not such a quirky program like 10. Microsoft made a mistake with 10.
“Read Aloud” feature should be an option. How hard is it to change? Thought you guys were “geniuses”. What happened?
