This issue did just start happening on my new PC about 6 months old. I had an old mouse and tried it and the issue is not happening any longer. I don't know if my mouse of about 6 months was bad or Windows 10 didn't like my new mouse, but the other mouse did resolve my issue.

2018-05-01T21:30:04+00:00 I have Narrator disabled and the Ease of Use read this section settings are not enabled, yet I constantly hit the read aloud right click option and it drives me insane. And no, hitting escape is not stopping this.
Microsoft needs a setting to total disable this feature totally NOW. If they don't have room to put this into the "Ease of Use" section of settings, then they need to put it in a new section called "Make Windows Suck Less".

2018-04-01T02:38:30+00:00 I have the same issue, but it doesn't matter where I am I can be in Edge, Firefox, in a game, notepad, any Office products. On my desktop I can click with my right or left button and get the right click pop up to show up, other times it will be the read aloud, print, and select all or just the read aloud. If I am in Edge I will get multiple selections for the browser close tab, open in new tab, Refresh all, etc.
It would be great to get rid of this useful feature that some do not need.

2018-03-29T20:27:48+00:00 I'm with JenniferPeters1. I also have a new computer only three months but the read aloud pop up stops me from copying and pasting anything now. I also am ready to throw it out the door.
We should be in charge of shutting it off. Or removing it.
I shall remove Edge and hope Read Aloud leaves with it.
