Original question:
I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

2017-10-08T14:56:19+00:00 Sounds to me like you've got someone who hacked your Network's Password. They shouldn't show up if they aren't a part of your network.
I would recommend changing your PW to something that is 16-32 characters in length, mixing capital and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. An example of personal favorite of mine is QWER!@#$qwer1234

I'm on a business network where password is changed monthly and is 20 characters or random stuff generated by keepass2... no way its a weak wireless or network password. I've seen the exact same thing on 4 different networks now at different locations with no device crossovers... something about this sounds fishy. Only started happening to clients after fall creators update that i've noticed anyway.

2017-11-17T19:49:03+00:00 I have an austin, too. Different mac address. Shows as a network device on my pc but not in the list of connected clients on the router.
On Windows 10 1709 16299.64. I'm sure its something to do with a recent cumulative update.

2017-11-17T20:05:10+00:00 My pc has an AMD cpu. I wonder if that is relevant. One of the recent insider builds couldn't be installed on systems with AMD cpus.
