I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

2017-11-18T09:13:50+00:00 Yes. The idea that it is a wireless feature is nonsense. If that were the case there would be an IP address showing in the properties, and on the router if applicable.
I think it's due to a bug in the Windows update (that seems to have vanished from my PC).

2017-11-18T01:49:58+00:00 On another forum someone speculated that it was a wireless feature that see local devices, I would like to put that to rest as well, my computers don't have wireless, all of mine are wired in.

2017-11-17T20:05:10+00:00 My pc has an AMD cpu. I wonder if that is relevant. One of the recent insider builds couldn't be installed on systems with AMD cpus.

On Windows 10 1709 16299.64. I'm sure its something to do with a recent cumulative update.
