Original question:
I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

This is not really a security problem.
1. under Wi-Fi Protected Setup or WPS option, disable the WPS and save settings.
At a quick glance, almost all of the devices being mentioned here are amazon's Fire tablets.
Hope this helps.
Sorry i just read this question i have not seen this particular issue but it looks like you received a message with some sort of audio file attached and google does not have a decoder to play the file. If it is important you should contact the sender for info on this file type and how to use it
otherwise play it safe and delete it
Thank you so much for your help. It's ok to turn that off? I appreciate your kindness and for stop by step instructions I rarely get any replies. Thanks again, Chelle
No problem i am glad to be of help
hope all worked out ok
