Original question:
I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

No. I don't any Dash buttons.
I have just had to reinstall my system (Creator's Fall (1709/16299.64), and now I have a suez, which appears when I first view the network devices and vanishes after a couple of minutes. It still doesn't have an IP address or appear in the list of devices connected to the router and I'm pretty sure it's a non-existent device. (I was on the Insider program when I first experienced this.)
I've just had a "suez" Amazon Fire appear too :)
thank you so much, yes i have done that roughly 5 times, i have fond that there is a hypervisor on my bios and looked at events and there are a lot of kernel errors, i have reinstalled windows 10 (clean) and it continues to happen, the devices show up and in a matter of hours the system logs on my router, says harvesting data, and my cell phone is being port mapped [IGD] and 4 numbers then says port mapping [ip address] and a different port number every time, i don't use port forwarding, and the ISP completely dis regards my complaints and say my router is set up very safe. also when i put a WIFI adaptor just to see more networks than my computer picks up is shows my WIFI name 1st then the sam signal strength, same channels, WEP is disabled, mine is not, and almost same mac but one or two numbers different, and the SSID is hidden. Also when i reset my my router the many many times i did, One time a NETGEAR5_EXT showed up, and as soon as i saw it it disappeared. I do believe someone is cloning or extending my router not for the WIFI but something else, and i don't know what else to do. That's why I'm not sure if its the hypervisor that was detected and i got that info on the Wi-Fi adaptor as well, It says a hypervisor has been detected and the information will not be displayed. I'm not asking to to help me and walk me thru it by any means and i appreciate you responding in the first place, but if you can tell me anything about this i will be indebted to you.
Mine is different name and mac everytime i have had 5 different ones and im on day five investigating, I have taught myself computer so im learning how to investigate this and its hard if anyone knows how to tell if my router or my bios is hacked please let me know. I learn very quick. My data is being harvested on the router system logs, and my phone is being port mapped on logs as well, and i have replaced router 3 times now and clean installed windows 10 on my device about 7 times since may 2019, had hard drive replaced and 2 motherboards, i have Ipvanish, Scanguard and Advanced system repair premium and this is still happening. Thanks The first one is as I speak. I have had is say Full_gizz, and Douglas as well
Reconfigure your router if you haven't already done so.
Change router password.
Change Administrator password.
Disable WEP button.
