I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

2019-06-22T14:27:09+00:00 I discovered this today - 22 Jun 19. Might have been about for a few days / weeks as don't check Network Devices daily. Manufacturer Amazon, Model KFAUWI, MAC begins 5c:41:5a . Interestingly, my router does not show the MAC address as connected. Maybe this is Microsoft Quality Control.
Most odd - as I typed this and did MAC address lookup (one site didn't recognise, 2 said this was MAC address for Amazon), the listing in Network on my Win 10 Pro PC for this dubious device simply disappeared. Not there anymore. Will keep an eye for its reappearance but seems like another MS snafu.
