Windows 10 1709 freeze randomly

Windows 10 1709 its been out almost a month now and still no fix for the freezing bug issue, lots of people are having the same issue as me and none of your suggestion work  unlike the 1703 which didn't freeze for me but sadly 1709 does but seems like Microsoft hasn't acknowledge the problem yet..   #Microsoft fix it

    Сaught no freezes after disabled fast startup. It's really good solution.

    ok what steps did you follow in order to do so?

    did this fix issues on both laptops and desktops?

    Windows, Settings, System, Power & sleep, Additional power settings, Choose what the power buttons do, Change settings that are currently unavailable, unclick Turn on fast start-up, Save changes.

    still having a problem with a laptop

    did everything recommended still freezing

    3 times per day.

    a lenovo laptop worked fine with 1703
