Im using 1803 build right now and problem still appears, do i need a clean install update?
Windows 10 1709 freeze randomly
Windows 10 1709 its been out almost a month now and still no fix for the freezing bug issue, lots of people are having the same issue as me and none of your suggestion work unlike the 1703 which didn't freeze for me but sadly 1709 does but seems like Microsoft hasn't acknowledge the problem yet.. #Microsoft fix it

Hard to say.
Have you tried uninstalling all third-party drivers for the mainboard?
Then reinstall Lenovo drivers - or use Windows Update to find generic drivers.
Probably I would do that first if it was my machine.
In the end you could do a clean install if nothing else helps.
Make a system image first so you can return if it does not fix it.
Is there anything in Event Viewer Logs?
