Any suggestions for better way to report it?
The more people report it the more chance to have it fixed (or am I too optimistic?)

Windows 10 1709 its been out almost a month now and still no fix for the freezing bug issue, lots of people are having the same issue as me and none of your suggestion work unlike the 1703 which didn't freeze for me but sadly 1709 does but seems like Microsoft hasn't acknowledge the problem yet.. #Microsoft fix it

fx8350 here, only solution was to roll it back not had issues since.
I think that only AMD CPUs are affected with this issue. I've got 2 desktop PCs (one with AMD FX 6350 and second one with AMD A10 7800) and both of them started to having random freeze issue after 1709 so this is definitely something wrong with this OS update. I also have got an issue with sudden PC restarts on both of them. Only on 1709
Well, maybe you've got luck.
Disabling fast startup for me worked only for 9 days. After that time the problem came back.
I have AMD CPU in the affected desktop (FX-8350).
I also have 2 Intel based laptops and my wife has an Intel based laptop. All of them are 1709 and none of them have the freezing issue.
I wonder if this is only affecting AMD CPUs.
i.e. random freezing and no log of event and cleared up by disabling fast startup.
