++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++  #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

    • as long as the hardware resists, even outdated Windows Mobile devices can act as part of an extended dual (or triple or quadruple SIM) (cross-platform) communications system for the users ++ so the users can appreciate the strengths of the OS & dodge other domains where they feel shortcomings ++

    • still impressive amounts of telemetry data is collected in order "to make Windows better", so active Windows Mobile devices are a great Research & Development ground ++ Skype & Microsoft Messenger receive updates ++ "your future is bright, just don't turn off the light (Eurovision 2019 guest artist song  "Future)" ++
