++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++  #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

    • as a user I appreciate the EdgeHTML engine & maybe it will remain active for Windows 10 mobile & maybe so if the new Chromium-based Edge does not achieve the projected market share on the rival mobile platforms, the Windows (10) Mobile community may have a path to success & continuity

    ++ https://mspoweruser.com/zune-comes-to-the-rescue-of-broken-windows-phone-8-1-store/ as this article shows there are over 400'000 active Windows Phone 8.1 devices (more than the population of Iceland) & we know from NETMARKETSHARE that there are up to 7X more devices running Windows 10 mobile & as such this is an important user base ++ it is true however that the company's mobile strategy has lost momentum & vanished or it is concealed //

    ++as many UWP  (news) apps switch their status to MIA (missing in action), the users can select & appreciate more what is actually working & the working apps & games can max your phone & SD card memory (so you still need to do a selection)

    ++ to sell these mint devices it is certainly possible at online retailers & prices can be harder to achieve due to the existing negative press, but I think long term the value of these vintage devices can be higher (even though the feeling can be on short term that they are running out of time) ++ users still apreciate Windows (10) Mobile https://mspoweruser.com/a-new-security-update-hits-windows-10-mobile/ comments leave place to NO (additional) COMMENTS //

    Dear All,

    I have raised a suggestion in user voice, please go and Vote, Actually I tried to get familiar with other OSs in phones but I just want to continue working with Windows Phone.

    Suggestion title is " Save Windows phone & inject hope for continue supporting Windows 10 on Phones for a special Target Market "

    On behalf of all the people of the world who wants to continue using Windows Phone & need Microsoft supports.
