Sorry, but I can't let this almost criminal string of non-sequiturs on the long-lost topic go unchallenged.
First, anybody quoting Mike Pence should know that one of his nicknames when he was in Congress was, "Mike Dense"; an allusion to his demonstrated inability to actually grasp the essentials as opposed to effectively parroting the party line. I'd be afraid
to actually have to watch him figure out how to set up and run an actual W10 mobile phone. It won't be on YouTube unless SNL runs a skit.
Second, Volkswagen established its position with a 4 cylinder, air-cooled engine in various configurations and frames. I know that because I rebuilt and ran any number of the little gems, both beetles and buses starting in the 1960's. You will note that
VW quit building these years ago (their last plant was in South America) because the market changed. Do I miss them? Yes, for many reasons. Do I spin my wheels trying to organize and get VW to bring them back? No, because somewhere along the way I figured
out that I had better things to do.
The essential to be grasped is that the market has changed and manufacturing has ceased both for VW and W10 mobile phones. Sadly, however, we're stuck with Mr. Dense for the foreseeable future.
