So then why Not give us the service through Nokian Service centre that- Remove WinOS from Mobile and Install Android in it.
Technically impossible, no sensible business reason to do it, never going to happen.

++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++ #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

You mean the following direct quote from your own source:
"The percentage of Windows 10 Mobile has gone down and has now reached to nearly 0% sales in all markets which proves that the platform is close to being non existent in the Mobile market.
The new figures are for the quarter ending March 2018 which hasn’t changed a lot from the previous year same quarter proving that almost all of the Windows users have moved to either iOS or Android."

It's the regular monthly patch with security fixes, nothing unusual.
