I badly miss my 950XL..
++ the future of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones ++
++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++ #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

2022-01-27T00:16:01+00:00 Those places took WP devices because they sported the brand, Nokia. Nokia Co. is a brand that originates in Finland and Nokia has a reputation of making good phones up till now. By the way, they used to be in the TP business (toilet paper).

Anyways, back to phones. I think the problem too was that there is possibly this "view USA as the world" kind of thing. Microsoft should have pushed harder and should have waited until the launch of Windows 11 before putting Android on the Duo. It should have had Andromeda OS instead.

2022-01-26T16:43:09+00:00 ++ the Duo was not on the statistics radar, while in its competitive years (even after the Microsoft takeover), Windows phone managed to achieve double digits market shares in ITA or FRA. Even 3% is a huge thing in a multibillion customer market & in the USA Windows phone powered entire city police forces, flight attendants showed proudly their Lumias, but the new leadership did not understand phones & probably understands even less gaming.
