++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++  #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

    • the users can be always open for a better Windows on Mobile, but that fact does not change the verified facts, that the real Windows 10 mobile is here, it is great, productive & beautiful // in order to win commercially, a company needs alongside the competitive product, other vital strategy parts : price strategy, effective advertising strategy & solid distribution strategy.

    ++ btw. if Windows Core OS becomes one day reality, then if it is so dynamic & small could run on many Windows Phones & so why not //

    Then again, there's another and more pertinent review, my wife's Pixel 2 with all the apps available to her vs my Lumia 735. She has no complaints about either camera, but the fact that both of the banks I use have dropped their Windows apps, that Amazon Prime, among others,  hasn't any Windows apps, is more telling to her.

    She's no techie, but is increasingly aware of what her phone can do that mine can't - and don't tell her to open a browser and go from there; she'll just see that as more unnecessary steps that just eat up her time.

    • it is a rare anniversary month, when Windows 10 mobile's last version can actually be in the lead vs. the 9th "Pie" version of the open OS & version 12.1 of the California based company //
