• Windows Phone is a great phone category & the best name you can find ++ because Windows is the cube of Microsoft (in transformers language) ++ a Christmas present for so many users in such a great time frame // in 2015-2016 Windows Phone has had better hardware in many categories than the competition (there are videos on this topic on YouTube) // in this business the differentiating factor is to have a great product with a great benefit / cost ratio // recently have heard a news that approximately 400 million active smartphones are in the USA (so if Kantar is right the 1.5% market share translates into the most important market for Windows Phones, followed by China, the weakest important market is sadly, but not surprisingly Europe) // https://www.gsmarena.com/kantar\_xiaomi\_expand\_presence\_europe\_q1\_2018-news-30838.php // surely a duopoly is not a very great thing for a competitive market & there will be more platforms in the future in markets where there are 100s of millions of users // I think Microsoft deserves a mobile platform at least for research & the fans //

• impressive Lumia line (quite complete from the nokia development stage). Lumia 550 provides the needed support level & there are some ways to bring even 640 LTE to version 1709 ++ US & European (e.g. ebay London) markets may offer some opportunities also to save some 650s or 950s for those interested + if there is quality it is worth the try //

I am forced to use an Android for phone an one security application to login to work. Otherwise, I use my Windows phone on Wifi for all other applications. Compared to Android, I find Windows phone is better.

Do not have time for all the other applications on Android.

• if there are not direct profits, than we have to reckon with some losses, but that does not mean that turnover is down // it is true that if there is not a way to achieve some sort of profitability than the company subventions this branch // since the 1 trillion valuation depends on the value of the company share, I do not think that the quiet existence of Windows 10 mobile influences negatively the share value, but a strong Windows 10 mobile can increase the share value so that the company can go to pick some apples //
• android OS has 100s of manufacturers, so if Windows 10 mobile has raced for a 5% market share than we were quite competitive on the market & then the next step would be the 10% mark & then maybe the OS can enjoy some snowball effect. //

++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launching alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number, the founders of Microsoft must know this fact, because they have started from zero. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand ? // ++
