++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++  #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

    • on twitter the last activity has been in November / December 2016 & so this is an indication for the users, when Windows 10 mobile has headed towards maintenance mode ++ when this mode ends we can go in interstellar mode or learn something from Sinatra's "My way" ++ many who used Microsoft Lumia just liked it (quote your own words BASIN) & they see no reason to change these memories ++

    Its a bad decision, and really disappointing for a lot of fans of windows. I know Microsoft never going to be able to compete with iOS or Android, but maybe Microsoft could focus on provide a safe mobile os with basic features packed in a smartphone look, I use my Lumia 950 daily, all I want when I'm out of home is telephone, sms, web browser, email and maps... All this Microsoft can provide. At home I'm using other platform for media/social media.
