Also relevant to our discussion was the following from an article with a link on the page concerning Enpass deciding to end its app for W10mobile because MS had essentially dropped its support for UWP for mobile. Concerning MS own stable of W10mobile apps, the article noted,

"... Microsoft itself ended support for three of its apps – Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Yammer for Windows Phones."

++ in my opinion the vital thing from Microsoft's perspective is the capability to manufacture Windows Phone + Windows Mobile devices with the achievement of a profit ++ if they achieve this goal, then market share is very much secondary ++ so you need a factory that can be profitable or in other words a dynamic factory that can scale output in relation to demand

No, most definitely not.  The vital thing from Microsoft's perspective is to keep turning a profit and resurrecting a dead platform is beyond stupid. Your whole concept is a pipe dream, you cannot make a profit in such a cut-throat competitive business like mobile without economies of scale and you cannot have that without market share. There is no such factory which can make a profit if they make 10 phones a month and also be capable of producing 1 mln phones a month if necessary - this is just you hallucinating.

Windows Phone is dead - it will never have a comparable infrastructure to the other vendors, it has already been dismantled. Please stop writing as if W10M has just been launched - it is already in the past and there is no point whatsoever in further "what could have been" daydreaming. Nobody at Microsoft is paying attention to the occasional howl from a deluded Windows phone fan "to bring it back" - there is no case for this to ever happen and it will never happen, time to finally understand this and move on.

What does that actually mean ? That it is virus-proof ? Nobody is disputing that - again you are shifting the discussion - no one is saying Windows 10 Mobile is bad, just that it's dead.
